Bootcamp with Eszter Monday 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Fun, intense, high energy, fast paced workout routines. A mix of high intensity interval training, compound strength routines, core training, plyometric moves, cardio segments & Pilates based moves. All these workout techniques are woven together to guarantee an amazing 60 min fitness experience! Participants leave invigorated & rejuvenated, wanting even more the next time around. Every class will be challenging & never repeated!

Zumba with Kat Thursday 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training. In a one hour Zumba class you can burn between 423 and 787 calories depending on variables factors such as weight, intensity of workout etc. Zumba provides great cardio benefits while still keeping things fun. Kat will have you dancing and sweating up a storm while laughing and relieving stress and working your entire body.
